My name is Gary Cheung and I started Outdoor Roadie because I finally understood the value of getting away from the day to day grind and that was especially true during the pandemic. I believe that we should all appreciate the beautiful nature around us and we should try and protect it at all costs.
I’ve experienced heartache, stress, anxiety but eventually I’ve also found calmness of the mind through the beauty of the world.
And that was after years of travelling, new experiences, amazing connections with people and all the while working on my physical and mental health and finally coming to the conclusion that I need to work for myself and help others.
I’ve experienced first hand how amazing it is for your physical wellbeing and your mental health.
And that’s why I believe everyone needs the right amount of time & space to find clarity and rebuild their passion through travel & nature.

We're living and breathing through all the ups and downs of being a small business in the UK. We're feeling the squeeze just as you are with rising costs, difficulties in shipping and issues with Brexit but what gives us comfort is the great feedback that we're helping and making a difference.

Firstly, we care about our relationships with you. We don't just want to sell you something and grab your cash. We want to build a relationship with you, to continually help you to reach your goals in life, we want to serve you again and again and again.
At the heart of the way we do business is create as much helpful articles and guides for you to absorb to make sure you make the best decision for yourself and your family.

I’m not myself if i’m not in the right frame of mind and everything around me slowly suffers: health, relationships, work it all gets affected. So go outside, relax your mind and enjoy the nature in front of you and if you need help read our guide.
3. Taking care of nature
I’ve been guilty of it myself. Throwing stuff on the ground and not realising how damaging it is to the environment. Lakes, rivers all filled with crisp wrappers and junk for no reason.

I'm obviously biased but here's a great explanation of why I think you should choose to work with us.
